A finely tuned, inventive gem of a game. The last level wasn't quite as good as I sort of did it by accident. Still, done now. More people should be buying this game, because remember, If your not indie..

1.1 Sonic Advance (GBA)
17.1 Theme Park DS (NDS)
18.1 Left 4 Dead (360)
+ Crash Course DLC *Normal*

1.2 Army of Two (360)
+ DLC levels * Contractor*
14.2 Sacred 2: Fallen Angel (360)
- Shadow Warrior Class, Bad Campaign *Bronze*
15.2 Uncharted: Drakes Fortune (PS3)
??.2 Chapter 2: Something about Mahjong adventure, I forget. Stupid long name no one is ever meant to remember. (PSN Minis)
??.2 Pinball Dreams (PSN Minis)

3.3 Peggle Nights (PC)
4.3 Battlefield:1943 (XBLA)

7.3 Borderlands: The Secret Armoury of General Knoxxx (360) - Finished the main story line. There seems to be a lot more effort to be put in to do all the lose ends, but I am sure I will do it all to final completion eventually. Still has the excellent voice acting and humour too. It's wasn't that hard either once I adjusted to playing how you would when playing the main game with enemies at higher levels than you, I think a lot of people got that powerful that they forgot what it was like at the start of the game. This was similar, and even though deaths were frequent on my 2nd playthrough at the beginning, they tailed off and I was fine after that.

Bioshock 2.

Yup. I have nothing to say about this game, apart from decent multiplayer and I hope it doesn't ruin my memories of the original too much.

14.02 Batman Arkham Asylum (360) - Normal

07.03 Mercenaries (Xbox) - Complete

About time. Started it around May last year & just kind of left it until recently. Quite 'meh' to be honest.

07.03 Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii) - Subspace Emissary

Played through it again with my nephew. Im definitely fed up with Smash Bros now, over did it with Melee & this is pretty much the same game. Emissary is fucking gash too TBH, definitely works better as just a fighter. Nephew seemed to really enjoy it though.

Trials HD - XBLA - All tracks completed.
--- [DLC] - The Big Pack - All tracks completed.
SOS: The FInal Escape - PS2
Fight Night Round 3 - 360 - Career.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 - 360 - Career mode, won every event on the PGA Tour as well as the FedEx Cup.
Golden Axe II - Megadrive - Easy.
Guilty Gear Petite - Wonderswan - Story Mode.
Skate 2 - 360 - 1500/1500.
Spectral vs Generation - PSP - Arcade mode.
Mushimesama Futari Ver 1.5 - 360 - Arrange mode novice *ultra* 1cced.
Marvel vs Capcom 2 - XBLA - Arcade mode, easy.
Sonic The Hedgehog - XBLA
Karous - Dreamcast - 1CCed on easy.
Salamander - C64
The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom - XBLA
P.O.D - C64 - Well, not really completed as like most single-screen shooters, it loops once you've done all the levels. There's 25 in this little beauty. I had to use save states on one of the levels (around level 20?) as it basically cheats, throwing stuff up from under the player as well as from the top of the screen. Tsk. Still one of my favourite C64 games though, from the genius behind Kikstart and Trailblazer, Shaun Southern.

Chrono Trigger (DS)

This was fantastic right up until the WTF ending which was just really odd, lazy and unsatisfying. I understand there are about a hundred of them though so maybe I just got a duffer. I was in a bit of a rush since the beast is out tomorrow so I might go back later and see if traipsing through some evil looking floating house makes much of a difference to the end.

8.3 Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (360) - Well, that was a nice surprise. I expected nothing from the SP of this game, yet it delivered a solid experience. Wont go to far into it due to spoilers, but yeah, very enjoyable.

Left 4 Dead 2 - 360 (normal difficulty)
Batman Arkham Asylum - 360 (Story complete, normal difficulty)
Dead Space: Extraction - wii (Story complete, normal difficulty)

Aliens vs Predator - 360 (Marine/Predator/Alien campaigns, normal difficulty)

I know this has had mixed reviews but I adore it, I really do. Thought every campaign was as empowering as the other, the marine was really tense and the feeling of stalking meatbags as the predator and picking them off is great. The alien was the weakest (and shortest) but still great fun. Graphics were a little rougher than the best games out there, but just about every design choice gave me a fanboy tingle. The multiplayer is the absolute tits too, loving it.

08/01/10 ~ Assassins Creed II
15/01/10 ~ Disney Sing It! High School Musical 3
22/01/10 ~ 50 Cent : Blood On The Sand [Hard Difficulty][#1]
28/01/10 ~ 50 Cent : Blood On The Sand [Hard Difficulty on Co~op][#2]
31/01/10 ~ 50 Cent : Blood On The Sand [Easy Difficulty On Co~op][#3]
03/02/10 ~ Mass Effect [Normal Difficulty]
03/02/10 ~ Gears Of War [Hardcore Difficulty on Co~op][#8]
04/02/10 ~ LEGO Rock Band [Hard Difficulty]
12/02/10 ~ BioShock 2 [Normal Difficulty]
21/02/10 ~ Band Hero [Hard Difficulty]
08/03/10 ~ Batman : Arkham Asylum

A very good and enjoyable game overall, but IMO the combat got a little dull at times, the game just seemed to enjoy throwing 10 enemies at you at a time for you to wade through, I thought the atmosphere was great, the voice acting was great, so were the locations, graphics and set pieces. I really enjoyed the exploration of this game, wondering around the areas and using batman's gadgets to search for all the Riddles was good fun, I enjoyed the stealth sections ~ getting through a room of 7 armed guards really quickly and without being spotted was always a great feeling, but I didn't enjoy the actual combat at all. I will try the combat challenges though.

My game Of The Year 2009 remains ... Assassins Creed II.

09/03/10 Stronghold: Crusader

First game of the year completed for me (yay :P ). Really good game if you like you RTSs or even if you just like anything medievally. Taken this long to get through it as each mission averages about 3-4 hours and when you are looking at 70 missions to complete it's alot of game for your money. Overall a great game and recommend it if you fancy something a bit different to the mainstream RTSs.

Now just onto the patch with another 30 missions...
