Pigeon??

Yeah the Sprite's Waterbomb packed more of a punch than Oliver's Frostbite against that boss. I haven't seen a green chest in Al Mamoon but as you can't access the main palace yet I'd assume if one is in the town its there.

I recently finished arguably one of the most annoying Errands so far. I had to recruit a Turbandit and a Green Buncher for some random guy to 'study'. Now the Turbandit I already had so that was no problem, the Buncher had possibly a 'Legendary Pokémon' catch rate. I must have killed 50 of them before I got to actually capture a single one.

Played another 3 hours just now.

Currently Level 22.

Completed the Sage Trials in the Temple of Trials, defeating Bashura in the process (which I found pretty easy really).

Then made my way up to Old Smoky and defeated Moltaan with ease on my first attempt, made my way back to Al Mamoon and am currently just mopping up the last few Errands and Bounty Quests in Al Mamoon before venturing South to Castaway Cove.

One of the Errands I'm doing is really doing my head in though, I've got to find and capture 2 familiars. One is a Turbandit which I found and captured easily and the other is a Green Buncher which for the life of me I cannot capture.

I was searching for a good 45 minutes for one that I could seduce and capture but all the ones I found I just killed easily and I wasn't able to capture them. It's the first Quest/Errand/Bounty Quest I've done on the game that is highly annoying, encountering Green Buncher after Green Buncher only to kill them easily instead of being able to seduce them ahhhh

Its one of the most asked questions on the net right now. I killed about 50 of them before I caught one. Apparently it has a capture rate of 3-5%. Good luck

It was bugging me in my head as I knew I was gonna have to go back to it and look for ages tomorrow, so I decided to go back up and finish off my outstanding bounty quest (Magmadness) and Errand Quest (Desert Creatures) before I pick it up again tomorrow.

Watched a YouTube video before I started playing that said 'switch between familiars doing 1 attack with each one and it increases the chances of capturing the 'Green Buncher' I thought this sounded a bit far fetched, but I was willing to try anything.

I went out into the Al Mamoon desert to look for them, got into about 5 fights with Green Buncher's but no luck again (doing the technique described above to swap attacks between my familiars). Then I went over to the other side of the map and saw another waiting and voila! It got the hearts above its head, I seranaded it and it was mine! :) :) :)

Went back to Derwin and completed the Quest! :) :) :)

Then went back up Old Smoky and defeated the Magemoiselle (or whatever it was called) to complete the Bounty Quest. Went back to Al Mamoon and cashed in my bounty and now I'm ready to move onto Castaway Cove tomorrow with all Al Mamoon Errands and Bounty Quests complete! :)

Heh, I hadn't read this about the Bunchers, I got the ability to capture familiars tonight and thought I was doing something wrong as was not getting any hearts at all, Then the First Buncher I fight I manage to capture :-)

Guess I got lucky on that one.

Just past that point now, about to head towards the Volcano.

Played another 3 and a 1/2 hours earlier today, now got 16 hours clocked. Level 24.

It didn't really seem like I did an awful lot today really, but I still loved it.

Did the 2 initial Errands in Castaway Cove, got 3 new Bounty Quests which (I'm guessing) are unavailable at the moment as I can't see/find them anywhere on the map, then defeated the Castaway Cove boss.

Went back to Al Mamoon to follow the main quest-line for a bit, Did the infamous Pigeon Errand in Al Mamoon before returning to Castaway Cove to defeat Swaine's Nightmare.

Did a couple more Errands in Castaway Cove, and now I'm just above to get on the boat (After finishing up the last Crab Errand).

Still absolutely loving this, really is a magical, magestic game indeed.
