After falling out with Assassin's Creed 3 the other week, I booted it up again yesterday and fell in love again!

I'm back playing Megaman 2, this time on the 3DS... Trying to clear the game without dying if possible, so far I've made it to the first fortress boss (and dying in a fairly surprising fashion!) but I think with a tad more practice I'll get there!

Just started Turok because I wanted something simple to play and man is this simple! Nothing but run through a level and kill what's in front of you, also there are 700 or so gamer points allocated to online play - and you can guess how empty and desolate that is

I've got that completely memorised now so I don't have that many problems with it unless I screw up one jump right at the end. Else I can just cheese it and use Item 2 to avoid the whole thing!

You'd have had a hell of a time clearing the second fortress stage, theres a gigantic spike filled pit that is impossible to pass without it!

I usually experiment with all of the upgrades at Wily's Lair, by then Heat Man's stage was long done.

Aliens Colonial Marines well this is a right let down, generic as hell, they have botched the pulse rifle sound up, im near the end of the 3rd mission and ive been fighting humans 80% of that.

I've been playing Rage again. I got this last year but for some reason only got to Wellspring and never went back. The opening few hours are a little on the dull side, and the story's a bit crap, but the games really picking up now, and i've got a whole load of fancy toys to play with (the sentry bot is up there with my favourite in game weapons now).

The actual game world itself is amazing, and i'm pretty sure I read somewhere that it's running 60fps on console, which considering how well realised all locations are is astounding. The area's really tell their own story. I've just finished the Dead City section (which reminded me a lot of Ravenholme from HL2), and while there was no actual backstory, you just knew that it was a very bad place to be and some real fucked up stuff has happened there.

I'm really enjoying it, the gunplay is fantastic, it's a really solid FPS at it's core, with great enemy AI that's a challenge even at normal difficulty. If you haven't played it yet - well worth picking up cheap!

I've had it for over a year - I think I've even done all the installations on the PS3 but never actually played it!

Don't spin around to fast.

Also I vouch for RAGE. That game's all right.
