Fable Anniversary Release Pushed Back to 2014

In the blog post, the studio explained that the game has been pushed back to a February 2014 release window, and will be available both physically and on the Xbox Games Store.

Ted Timmins – lead designer of the title – explains the delays are due to playtesting and the company polishing the game to ‘meet [their] ambitions and give the fans the best game possible’. The company are showing off more screenshots, game footage and, apparently, some ‘top secret announcements’ to placate fans after news of the delay.

Both Ted Timmins and Craig Oman (lead producer of Fable Anniversary) will be taking over Lionhead’s official Twitter account today to answer any fan questions. Timmins encourages those with burning questions to contact @LionheadStudios with tweets containing the tag #AskTeamFable
